Dresser makeover

dresser makeover

A client asked me to refinish his daughter’s dresser. It belonged to her maternal great grandmother. It’s a gorgeous piece but had experienced several terrible paint jobs. The last one being a latex paint over alkyd paint. I was able to literally able to scrape the paint off with my fingernail. After two weeks of prepping the dresser, she was ready for paint. I used Fusion Mineral Paint in Picket Fence.
